Initiate and implement sales campaigns within territory
Make and follow up sales leads, from initial contact to closure
Establish relationships with Head Teachers and ICT Coordinators
Promote Espresso via school visits and exhibitions
Complete 8 sales visits per week
Forecast sales
Work with marketing to initiate and follow up direct marketing campaigns.
Work with telesales team to close sales
Ideal – Sales in the education market
Preferable but not essential – Teaching experience.

Sales background.
Anything that the role holder will be expected to achieve in specified areas, e.g. develop new markets or products, improve sales, productivity or levels of customer services, introduce new systems or processes.
Work to meet and exceed sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships
The corporate culture (e.g. formal or informal) and the need for candidates to be able to work within it.
Informal internal culture. Must be able to adapt to the less formal culture of primary schools and the more formal culture of LA/Grids.
Any additional requirements for travelling, unsocial hours, mobility etc.
Must be able to drive
Basic IT skills
Ability to quickly understand education software market, empathise with teachers and concerns of teachers
