Flash Player Issues

The Channel guide, Activities and video pages all include content built using Adobe flash. You must have the latest version of Adobe FP installed to access espresso.

Please run the Espresso Check Page to check you have the latest version of required software befre continuing.

If you are not running the latest version of Adobe Flash Player you will experience one or more of the following issues:

• The Espresso home page doesn't display property or comes up blank.
• Some of the pages will not display correctly i.e. buttons or pictures appear to be missing.
• The video controls do not display correctly
• Some of the activity's will not function properly i.e. animations or links do not seem to respond.

When installing Flash you may get an Active X bar appear (similar to the one in the image below) at the top of your internet explorer. You will need to click it to continue.
