Home Access Technical Requirements
What you need to run Espresso from home:
- A broadband connection
- A valid username and password, supplied by your LA/RBC
- A PC or MAC that meets the espresso minimum requirements
1. A Broadband connection
The speed and performance of Espresso, including downloading and watching videos, is completely dependent upon the bandwidth of your internet connection at home.
Espresso recommends a minimum of 2Mb Broadband. (Note: you can still access Espresso videos with less bandwidth, but may experience delays).
2. A valid username and password
To logon to Espresso Primary from home you will be issued with a username, password and URL by your LA/RBC.
3. Minimum requirements
Espresso Primary requires your home PC to be installed with the latest version of Flash and Media Player (QuickTime for MAC).
To check you home PC has the required software installed use our quick check page and follow the necessary instructions of whether you need to upgrade any plugins.
We strongly recommend you install all the latest software versions before using Espresso Primary at Home.
