Symptoms: Videos are not playing fullscreen

Solution:

    * Check the Windows Media Player version by logging on to espresso test page.
    * This will show you the currently installed versions. If needed upgrade newer version of Media Player by clicking the upgrade button, you may need to be logged on with admin rights to install software. 

If you have latest version of WMP then try one of the following:

    * Right click on a video in Espresso, Select Options and the Performance tab. Slide the Video Acceleration bar to none and try the video again.
    * Right click on a video in Espresso, Select Options and the Performance tab. Click the Advanced button, Untick Use Overlays and Video Mixing Renderer.
