Make sure that your home PC meets the minimum requirements to run the Espresso Primary service and check the followings:

1) Make sure that you have an Internet connection and the correct URL has been typed into your browser

2) No spaces have been entered after your school username and password

3) You have the correct password (these are changed termly). Your school password will have been sent to your Espresso Co-ordinator via the main school email address.

4) The terms and conditions box is ticked
