Windows Configuration
To access Espresso from home you will need the following:
- Adobe Flash Player
- Internet Explorer or Firefox (We do not support the AOL browser)
- Windows Media Player
- Browser cookies enabled
We recommended to have the latest versions of the above software installed. To see what versions you are running and to upgrade to the latest please navigate to http://www.espresso.co.uk/test
Installing Adobe Flash
- Go to www.espresso.co.uk/test to check what version of Flash running on your machine.
- Click on the 'about flash' link if you need to upgrade.
- Once you are in Adobe Flash download site, click on Download now.
- Follow the on screen istructions.
Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for windows and will have come pre installed on your PC. To upgrade to the latest version please go to our Espresso Check Page.
If you are using Firefox we recommend you install the Windows Media Player plugin for Firefox, this will insure the video pages work correctly.
To successfully access espresso from home your browser will need to have browser cookies enabled for the espresso home access site. Please see the browser Cookies section for details.
