If you have a fast Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN or a broadband connection such as the London Grid for Learning), then choose the High Quality version. This video is of the quality that Espresso schools receive.
If you have a slower Internet connection (ISDN or modem) choose the Lower Quality version. This has a poorer picture quality than that received by Espresso schools.
